Melissa Carta

As the Operations Manager for MCDB, Melissa works in close partnership with the Lead Administrator to provide consistent and professional support for faculty, students, and staff members.

 

Melissa leads the department’s day-to-day administrative, financial, and human resources operations, aligning resources to support teaching and research activities while ensuring internal controls and compliance with local, state, and federal policies and procedures.

 

Melissa supervises MCDB’s management team which includes the Faculty & Academic Affairs Administrator, Finance Manager, and the Teaching Laboratory Supervisor.
