MCDB 105a Goes to Washington.

Interested students of MCDB 105a, “Biology, the World and Us” went to the 2019 AAAS meeting in Washington D.C. with Course Coordinator Ronit Kaufman and Professor John Carlson. Students attended talks, visited exhibits and posters, and went to Capitol Hill to discuss climate change and other issues with Senator Richard Blumenthal’s Science and Health staff. The trip was funded by HHMI.
