Past Event: MCDB Mentorship Workshop

Mentors and mentees both want productive, supportive mentorship relationships. In this workshop, we will engage in facilitated discussions to identify strategies for achieving this common goal in the pursuit of excellent, collaborative research. 

MCDB scientists at all levels are invited to join in this opportunity to reflect on their mentorship expectations, strategize for effective communication, and discuss approaches to build a thriving mentorship network.
