The Bystander Intervention Workshop is a 90-minute workshop that aims to build an environment of respect and inclusivity on campus, by helping participants identify behaviors reflective of an unhealthy campus climate, and develop skills to address and prevent forms of harassment and discrimination arising out of these actions. Additionally, through the discussion of disrespecting behaviors, participants will explore the ways in which cultural norms are set in a community, and the ways in which they can be changed to be more supportive and inclusive. This workshop is intended for graduate students, postdoctoral researchers, and post-graduate researchers.
