As MCDB’s Lead Administrator, Barbara serves as a strategic administrative partner to the Chair and a liaison with the University’s central offices and leadership. Barbara supervises and works in close partnership with the department’s operations managers to oversee, plan, and direct the unit’s business operations. Responsibilities include management and analysis of the department’s budget, facilities oversight, human resources, internal controls, and regulatory compliance.
