Mail Room/Loading Dock

May 26, 2020:

The mail room/loading dock will continue to operate with modified hours/services during Phase 1.  It is not yet clear if this will continue through Phase 2, but we will get an update when that time draws closer (and who knows when that will be) Please be sure to let Gunta know the following.  Denise, please use this information for the website update that we discussed this morning.

• The Bass loading dock will be open Monday – Friday from 8:00am – 1:30pm during Phase 1 of the Research Restart plan.
• Packages will be delivered daily, but if no one is in the lab to receive them, they will leave a message for someone to come to the loading dock to pick it up during operating hours noted above.
• Any UPS/FedEx shipments done via eShip Global must be brought to the loading dock during operating hours noted above.  Packages to be shipped are no longer being picked up in the YSB mail room.
• Regular mail is sorted and brought to the bucket in the YSB mail room.  At this time, the mail is not being sorted into individual mail slots.
